Refund & Cancellation Policy

Thank you for partnering with Canvas n Code (canvasncode.org). Because we specialize in delivering real-time, digital services that require immediate labor and asset creation, we maintain a clear, upfront, and honest refund policy.


1. Rolling Monthly Billing

All of our standard social media management plans (Plan Active £99.99/mo, Plan Pro £349/mo, and Plan Elite £1,000/mo) operate on a flexible, rolling monthly basis. There are no long-term contracts binding you to us—you are free to stop your plan whenever you choose.

2. Non-Refundable Onboarding Fees

Any one-time setup, strategy formulation, or onboarding fees paid at the initiation of your campaign are strictly non-refundable. These fees instantly cover the technical setup and time required to map out your custom digital assets.

3. Cancellation Notice

You can cancel your rolling subscription at any time. However, to avoid being billed for the subsequent month, you must provide written notice via email before your next automated billing cycle begins.

Once a billing cycle has started and work on your monthly content or strategy has commenced, we cannot offer a refund for that active month. Your service will remain fully active until the end of that paid cycle.

4. Paid Advertising Spend (Ads Starter, Growth, Max)

For clients utilizing our paid traffic services (Ads Starter, Ads Growth, or Ads Max), it is critical to note:

  • Your actual ad spend goes directly to third-party ad platforms (Google Ads / Meta Ads). Canvas n Code has no control over these funds, and ad platform spend is 100% non-refundable.
  • Only our separate agency management fee is subject to the standard terms of this cancellation policy.

5. Dissatisfaction & Revision Process

We work closely with our clients to ensure expectations are met. We do not issue refunds based on general dissatisfaction or subjective opinion.

If you are unhappy with a specific element of your active service, you must raise your concerns within [14 days] of the delivery of that work. We will route your concerns through our agency revision process to correct, adjust, and re-deliver the assets to your satisfaction.

6. Chargebacks and Bank Disputes

We pride ourselves on honest communication. If you feel there has been a billing error, please reach out to us directly first. Initiating a direct bank chargeback without contacting our support team breaches our terms of service and slows down a resolution. We aggressively contest unwarranted chargebacks with proof of service delivery.
